Kevin Wessels
Kevin is the Director of Stewardship for the H. E. Butt Foundation where he oversees land and water management along the headwaters of the East Frio River. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in Renewable Natural Resources and Forestry from Texas A&M University and has a Wildlife Management Graduate Certificate from Oregon State University where he is pursuing a Professional Science Master’s degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Administration. Kevin is a Certified Wildlife Biologist®, Texas Master Naturalist, and is participating in the Texas Water Leader program. He is an active volunteer in the conservation community and has been engaged with the Riverside Nature Center since he was a child.
